I am digging a new book, you guys! The Mountain is You by Brianna West. I do not read a lot of “you need to do this” books. But this one has resonated with me. It emphasizes that our behaviors—whether helpful or harmful—are often driven by deeper unmet needs.
Instead of focusing solely on the behavior, it encourages us to look beneath the surface to understand what’s really going on.
What I appreciate most is how the book is filled with memorable one-liners and metaphors that make complex ideas easy to grasp. After all, that’s what great books do—deliver insights in a way that clicks with readers.
If you’ve read it, I’d love to hear your thoughts! If not, it might be worth checking out. Let me know what you think!
