Refunds & Cancellations

General Policy

My goal is to provide you with the highest quality coaching experience. However, I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both to my clients and the business.

Coaching Packages

Cancellation Before Starting Your Program: If you wish to cancel a coaching package before the first session has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund After Starting Your Program:

If you wish to cancel a coaching package after sessions have begun, a prorated refund will be provided at 50% cost based on the number of unused sessions. No refunds will be provided for sessions already completed. 

If you are late to a session: You are still able to complete the remaining time in the session and it counts as your full session.

If you miss a session: If you do not contact me to cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hrs of scheduled session, it still counts as one of your sessions

Online Courses/Challenges

Cancellation: Since all content is unlocked immediately upon purchase, courses and challenges are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your purchase, however, please send me an email for us to discuss options.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you are unable to continue with your coaching due to serious illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact me to discuss possible options. These may include rescheduling sessions or issuing a partial refund, at my discretion.

Changes to This Policy

I reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically
