Moving My Body

I have had surgery on both feet in the past couple of years. These surgeries have been followed by months and months on a scooter and in a boot. In reflection, it is hard to imagine doing it again. But now that I am past the hard part, I have dedicated myself to moving my body in ways I could not. I am having full-blown, one-person dance parties in the bathroom. I am skipping; yes, I said SKIPPING to the car. I am also focusing more than ever on agility and mobility. Just being able to stretch and walk is truly fantastic! I will never take these things for granted again.
