Brining!!! Did everyone know about this but me? I have been trying to cook tasty chicken breast FOR YEARS, but the result always tastes just like regular dry chicken breast. Well, no more! I have discovered the magic that is in the brining process. By soaking the chicken breast in a brining solution for as little as 30 minutes- up to 2 hours before cooking, you are creating the best chicken breast ever! After the brining, I season them lightly and throw mine right in the air fryer; they are amazing! Try it for yourself, and let me know how it goes!
