Being Uncomfortable

I dig being okay with being uncomfortable. It is not easy at all. However, I have been working extremely hard on sitting with my feelings and not trying to change my situation to stop the feelings of discomfort. That may not seem like a big deal, but it is a daily commitment to mindfulness and positivity. Using techniques like thought-stopping and cognitive restructuring has been instrumental in my ability to function in this time of uncertainty. If you want to know more about these techniques, email me.
