Birthday Celebrations

September is my favorite month, not just for the fantastic weather, but because it’s my Birthday Month! Anyone who knows me knows I celebrate the entire month of September.

This year, however, the celebration will be different. While I will still embrace the joy of my birthday, the focus will be more internal rather than my usual outward festivities.

I mean, I do love being out, looking great, and receiving birthday wishes from strangers while wearing a crown and sometimes a sash.

Some of that is likely to still happen since, well, I already have the crown😊. But this year, my celebration will be more personal, involving journaling, gratitude, and a lot of self-reflection.

The past few years have been incredibly transformative for me, and I feel the need to honor that growth. What better time to do so than my birthday?

Send me a message and let me know how you celebrate your birthday!
