Taking Care of My Skin

I am taking care of my skin. I am embarrassed to admit this, but I never wear sunscreen. I know, I know, why Kim? Well, I tried it a couple of times YEARS ago, discovered I was allergic to it, and stopped. I know now that it was one ingredient I was allergic to, and there have been great strides in skin care. Through the documentary I mentioned in "What I am Digging," I learned about a sunscreen I bought and have been using without issue! The statement made by a dermatologist was impactful. She said, "All your skincare means nothing if you do not use sunscreen." I found some that worked right away.
