Small Movements

I am focusing more on how small movements can make significant changes! In recent years I have felt overwhelmed by the challenges of this world. I make it a point not to know about the horrible things happening in this country and abroad. I will not say that I am now seeking terrible news, but I now understand that I am not without power. Every day, I have the ability to make choices through the use of my voice and personal autonomy. I choose to speak up for my beliefs, resist negativity, and be kind. I hope that you all do the same.
