Wow, what a read! I appreciated this book so much. The 12 monotasks consisted of Listening, Reading, Eating, Seeing, Traveling, Eating, and six more that I will let you get to once you get the book! I liked that every chapter was set up the same, and Mr. Wine provided practical ways to implement monotasking in your everyday life. I appreciated that it also gave examples as to why monotasking in any of the areas might be difficult and provided ways to help. This was definitely, one of those books that change your perspective and show you that you are capable of doing things in a different way! Check it out when you have a chance.
