The Black Beauty Effect

There is a documentary on Netflix called “The Black Beauty Effect.” It covers Hair, Skin, and Makeup. Not only was it entertaining, but it was also informative and provided useful tips that I found extremely helpful. Despite knowing it beforehand, I appreciated how this series brought to light the timeline of black women being ignored in many spaces in our society. It helped me realize how blessed I am to have all of the options and opportunities I have now…and how far there is to go for equality.
