We know that some reasons are due to COVID. Still, even pre-pandemic, a survey by Glassdoor showed American workers only use about 50% of vacation time due to being understaffed or having a higher workload than usual as reasons for not taking time off. However, I need everyone to understand one thing about their jobs – If you should die today, ‘the advertisement for your position will be written’ before your obituary. Please take your vacation!
