I am really into micronapping. Not a full 30-45-minute nap, but a quick 15–20-minute nap. Perhaps a couple of times during the day if necessary. In my experience, a micro nap is helpful for more than rest. For me, a micro nap is a great way to transition from one thing to the next throughout the day. I am grateful that my office has a couch that I can jump on quickly, but you can micro nap in your car, at your desk, or even in the break room if you need to. Remember that if you are doing everything you need to do, your work people will generally leave you alone for your 15-minute break to do what you want! Nap on!

It’s not a lack of effort, potential, or desire that holds people back—it’s the complexity of life and the limiting beliefs we often get stuck in.
