Made In America: Jay-Z

I am not a huge fan of books written about celebrities by other celebrities. But if you had to choose one…. Made in America: Jay-Z, written by Eric Michael Dyson is great. I do not know if it is the mastery that EMD has of the English language that makes the book so captivating or if it is the actual story of Jay Z’s life and his lyrics that creates the fascination. Either way, it was truly impressive. If you could listen to the book on audible, you are in for a special treat, the intensity with which EMD explains and recites Jay-Z’s lyrics will make you wonder if you have ever heard music before. Send me a message after you read it; I would love to hear what you guys think about it.
