I know we are all very serious and adulting all the time, but watch some Disney if you get a chance. Now, it does help if you watch it with some children. But I am here to tell you that these movies are great even if you do not have littles to watch with you. My current rotation is Encanto, Turning Red, Moana, and repeat. It’s a whole day. You start with the magic of the Madrigals, moving on to Mei-mei and her crew managing their feelings, and end with Moana learning her strength!
It is a whole mood. You will find yourself singing along to all the fantastic music, but you will also be impressed with the poignant stories. So when life seems to be a bit much, use Disney to break away and sing along!
