About Course
More often than not, we do a good job at “balancing it all” in life, but somehow in the process end up neglecting our passions, our goals and feel like life has become mundane and overwhelming. This 30-Day Reset Challenge was created as a way for people to learn what is driving their lack of balance, understand how to repair it, and get back on a path to reaching goals and creating a sense of balance. During the challenge, you’ll learn what primary life areas are, dive deep into reflective journaling about how your life is structured today and what you wish was different, and we’ll come together weekly for livestream sessions to review questions and explore how to improve our balance in life.
You’ll be tasked with activities, journal prompts and video lessons, all tying to a module of the week. Over time, you’ll compound on what you’ve been reflecting on and begin to build real plans to make change. This challenge was created with intention to not only help you unpack your life management skills but set you on a course forward to creating a life more well-lived.
