Better Sleep

I have been hella focused on my pre-sleep routine. The game has been changed by starting my routine a bit earlier and not turning on the TV. I also have been making it a point to read every night, even if I plan to do some coloring or yoga. I have made reading the thing I do once I get in bed, no matter what. I have also expressed the importance of this process to my husband, and he has been supportive by not watching TV in the bedroom. He has also been reading (albeit on his iPad) in bed.

All in all, I think that the whole concept has improved my ability to relax into uninterrupted sleep! Do you have a pre-sleep routine? Contact me; we can work on it together!
